Compressor wheel is an important part of turbocharger.To some
extents,the quality of
compressor wheel will impact the performance of complete turbo.
The COMPRESSOR WHEEL has a complex structure.When it works,the
speed is very
high,and the tangential velocity of the rim is fast.Perhaps one of the most
vital step at
the first begining of the process is material: aluminum casting alloy.Tain use C355 alloy
as material to ensure the quality and meet the requirement of market.

SCHENCK Xano and
100% qualified without damage,blow hole or wrong radian of
blade.Tain are focused on

complete production lines for compressor wheel,compressor

2005 - Tain applied advanced PLC-6 low-pressure casting equipment.
2010 - Tain set up foreign trade department,specialized in
exporting turbochargers,cartridges and other turbo parts,like
shafts,compressor wheels,repair kits,ect.
2010 – Tain cooperated with several big dealers and distributers
from German ,and develop a variety of VNT turbocharger.

2015 - Tain applied SCHENCK TB Sonio-core assembly balancing
equipment,and other testing equipments to establish a final product
quality assurance system.
2017 - Tain imported a 5-Axis equipment - MAKINO L2.
